The B2B Business Development System

A self-refilling engine. Specialized agents find the right companies, build enriched contacts, and write outreach in each person's voice. Salesforce runs a 77 day cadence, and a phone-first call engine keeps Dylan dialing. Tap any block for detail.

Why it looks like many small agents, not one

The original v1.4 all in one prospecting agent was retired. It was split into the specialized agents below so each runs on the model that fits its job: efficient models for discovery, scoring, and data hygiene, stronger models for the copy that goes out under your team's names. Same quality of output, lower token cost. Look for the EFFICIENT and PRECISION tags on each agent.

1Discover · find & score companies

Two agents decide who is worth pursuing, then write a prioritized target list to a sheet the team can see.

2Build · enrich & create the contact

🧬 Enrichment & dedup
Apollo adds email, phone, verification, and intent. Dedup checks email then LinkedIn. Account lookup sets the onboarded flag.
Built in
Dedup runs early, before enrichment and copy, so no tokens are spent on a contact that already exists. Roughly 40 percent of identified contacts are duplicates.
3Write · all 13 touches, in each voice

Copy is drafted per contact and stored on the record. These are the precision-model agents. A person reviews before anything sends.

4Automate · Salesforce runs the cadence

The contact lands with all copy in place. Flow 1 ignites the sequence, and a daily scheduler walks the 77 day day map.

Contact created · 27 fields

Outreach status runs on the Contact object, separate from the existing Opportunity pipeline.

Turned up to 30 tasks per day new

Dylan asked to scale from 10 to 30 ready-to-dial tasks per weekday. That is a task-count change on the Task Dropper, with queue depth watched across the 16 onboarded accounts so no company is over touched.

New 2-week lapsed dial campaign new

A phone-first layer added Jul 8. Targets contacts with no activity in 2+ weeks, excludes wind-related job titles, and aims for 60 dials per day. Calls now take priority over email outreach.

∞Always on · hygiene & reporting

Background agents keep the data clean and the numbers flowing to leadership. This is what keeps the flywheel spinning.
